The passenger port (Star and Superstar) is about 4 kms from the conference hotels and the port of the Lindaline Express about 2 kms. By taxi it should cost you no more than EUR 7.00 (from the Passenger Port) or EUR 5 (Lindaline Express port). Please take a taxi from the taxi stand and ignore any private taxis whose drivers might approach you in the passenger terminal and offer a ride. The instructions below have been provided by the Passenger Port:

Taxi stands are located next to the passenger terminal buildings. Passengers can choose any of the available taxis at a taxi stand. Taxis can also be ordered by phone or hailed in the street. Be suspicious when a taxi driver hails you in the terminal. This is not a common practice in Estonia.
Before sitting in a cab be sure you understand the approximate cost of the trip. Prices are not uniform; taxi operators can set their own rates. Take a close look at the yellow price list, which is posted on the right side rear door. Make sure the taxi driver holds an operator’s card – a white plastic card with the driver’s photo and name, attached to the middle of the dashboard.
When starting out make sure the taximeter is turned on. The driver is not allowed to charge more than indicated on the meter. The driver must be paid in Euros. Ask the taxi driver for a receipt from the meter’s printer. If the meter or printer is out of order, the driver should not be in service and you have the right to refuse from paying the fare.

The airport is about 6,5 kms from the conference hotels. Please take a taxi from the taxi stand, it should cost you between EUR 7.50 and EUR 9 (depending on the taxi company) to get to the conference hotels.

Taxi information and official taxi companies at the airport.

From the airport you can also take bus K90 to hotels Meriton and L'Ermitage. The bus leaves every 30 minutes and the ride takes 25 minutes, you have to get off at the stop *Hotell Tallinn'. The ticket costs EUR 2.
