  • Hire charge includes the use of a flipchart, overhead & slide projectors, video + TV, 2 microphones and the assistance of a technician in the Main Conference Hall
  • 1 hour preparation time is free of charge, longer preparation costs 50% of the price for an hour
  • The daily price is charged for the events lasting up to 10 hours
  • Main Conference Hall, Small Conference Hall and Theatre Hall are not rented for less than 2 hours:
  • Extra charge of 25 % on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays
  • Extra charge of 10% from 22.00 to 07.00
  • Special rate for events lasting three or more days
  • Prices include 18 % VAT

CANCELLATION

  • 14-7 days prior to the date of the event the client will pay 30% of the reservation`s cost
  • 7-2 days prior to the date of the event the client will pay 50% of the reservation`s cost
  • 1 day and less prior to the date of the event the client will pay 90% of the reservation`s cost
