\| Eduard Wiiralt Art Award \| The Eduard Wiiralt Art Gallery is located on the 3rd floor. The exhibition displays works of art donated to Tallinn City on August 2 1996 by art collectors Harry Männil and Henry Radevall. Eduard Wiiralt (1898 – 1954) was the most distinguished Estonian graphic artist in the 20th century.
