The trade exhibition will open on the second conference day, 21 September during the morning coffee break at 11.15 and close on the last conference day, 23 September after product presentations at 12.30. Coffee and refreshments for conference delegates will be served in the foyer in front of the exhibition hall.

• Registration fee for exhibition: 310 EUR (incl. 18% VAT)
• 1 day fee: 110 EUR (incl. 18% VAT)

Includes: a table of 240x55 cm, 2 chairs, use of wall surface behind the table for advertising or other purposes, power, Internet connection, sign with company name, all 5 coffee breaks during conference.

The designed ad should be in electronic form (pdf, tiff or jpg-format). Coloured ads should use CMYK colours, black-and-white ads should not contain colour elements. The pixel density of all ads should be no less than 300 dpi.
